Investments with a vision.

An investor acquires a co-ownership share in a property with the aim to develop it or to refurbish and then lease it out, which he normally does by means of public funding. Properties located in good areas with optimal infrastructure are most suitable for ensuring their rentability. A Developer's Model is a long-term investment.
