EHL Immobilien has been able to be a partner in the largest transaction in the first quarter of 2013. Manpower, which is one of the leading human resources service providers globally, rents 2,600 m² of premium office space in GREEN WORX, which in Lassallestraße in Vienna’s second municipal district, and intends to move its Austrian base to that location. Vienna’s “greenest” office building, which sets new benchmarks in energy efficiency, has been set up jointly by the private real estate developer S+B Gruppe AG and Raiffeisen-Holding for Lower Austria and Vienna. During the process of setting up the lease with Manpower, EHL was active as the lead realtor on the lessor side.

In summer 2012, Semper Constantia Privatbank used EHL Immobilien to relocate their headquarters to one of the most prestigious addresses in inner Vienna. Before deciding on the location, a number of rental properties within the first district and immediate vicinity of the inner city were considered. Comparative analyses and feasibility studies were carried out based on the comprehensive market evaluation and a rental-specific occupancy plan and a furnishings description were developed. A perfect solution was found in Hessgasse 1 (approx. 3,500 m²). The stylish old building was extensively refurbished and is characterised by a stylish combination of traditional architecture and very modern fittings.
