Austria - SOLARIS: Complete renting before completion
The office property Solaris in the urban development area "St. Marx", marketed exclusively by EHL, was nearly fully rented prior to completion. BEKO, Austria's largest engineering and information technology company, was obtained as the first tenant, who rented approximately 3,000 m² via EHL. Additional renowned tenants such as Brainforce, Affiris and Regent Licht were added later.

Austria - The largest private rental in 2010: Johnson & Johnson rents in Viertel Zwei
The US pharmaceutical and cosmetic corporation is renting ca. 5,400 m² in Biz Zwei of Viertel Zwei via EHL.
